Privacy Policy

Legacy AI ("Legacy AI", "we", "us") is an AI executive assistant for real estate agents, powered by Team Legacy and operated by Cityside Legacy Trust, Houston, Texas. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile: name, email, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), brokerage, market, membership status and plan.
  • Phone number: the mobile number you provide to text the assistant, and your SMS consent record (consent status, date and time, disclosure version, and phone number).
  • Text messages: the content of texts you send to and receive from Legacy AI, with message counts and billable segment counts.
  • Assistant conversations and planning data: chats in the web assistant, tasks and reminders you create, and business plan inputs.
  • Usage and cost records: how many AI exchanges you use and the estimated cost of processing them, used to enforce plan limits.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive a record of the purchase (amount, plan, date, and Stripe reference IDs). We do not receive or store your full card number.
  • Connected accounts: if you later connect other accounts (for example, email or calendar), we access only what you authorize, only to perform the tasks you request. No connected-account features are active today.
  • Help requests: your name, email and message when you contact support.

How we use information

  • To provide the assistant, reply to your texts, and deliver reminders and account notifications you requested.
  • To verify membership, enforce monthly text and spending limits, and process payments.
  • To provide support, keep the service secure, and prevent abuse.

AI processing

Your messages are sent to an AI model provider to generate replies. We ask providers not to store your conversations for their own training where that option is available. AI replies can be wrong; do not rely on them for legal, financial or tax decisions.

SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that process it on our behalf to run Legacy AI, under their own security and confidentiality obligations:

  • Twilio — sending and receiving text messages.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • AI model providers (through the Lovable AI gateway) — generating assistant replies.
  • Lovable Cloud — hosting, database and authentication.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

Retention and security

We keep account, message and payment records while your membership is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit. Your assistant conversations, Niche Strategist and Three Years From Now answers, onboarding answers, reminders and brand profile are private to your account: the app does not let platform administrators view them. Administrators can see account details (name, email, plan, membership status), payment records and usage/cost totals needed to run billing and prevent abuse. Our technical service providers process data only to operate the service, and administrator access to private agent information is restricted: it is not available through the app, and authorized technical staff may access stored data only when required for security, legal compliance or to fix a problem you report, limited to what that purpose requires.

Your choices and privacy requests

  • Reply STOP to any Legacy AI text to stop messages; reply HELP for help.
  • To access, correct or delete your information, submit a request through our help form and choose "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity.

Children

Legacy AI is for licensed real estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We will post updates here and change the effective date. Material changes will be communicated to members.
