Terms of Service

Effective October 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Legacy AI, an AI executive assistant for real estate agents, powered by Team Legacy and operated by Cityside Legacy Trust, Houston, Texas ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

The service

Legacy AI provides AI-generated scripts, captions, planning help, reminders and coaching through a website and, once enrolled, by text message. AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you use or send it, and for complying with real estate, fair housing, advertising and privacy laws.

Membership and the Founding Agent offer

  • Founding Agent (Lifetime Basic access): a $49 one-time payment, available to the first 20 paid Founding Agents while seats remain. Access starts only after Stripe confirms your payment. It provides ongoing access to the Basic tier with no recurring subscription, for as long as Legacy AI operates the Basic tier, unless terminated for violation of these terms.
  • "Lifetime" refers to Basic-tier access, not unlimited AI usage. Basic includes 100 AI exchanges per calendar month (one exchange = one successful request and its AI reply; failed requests and system messages do not count), shared between the web app and texting once it launches, subject to fair-use cost safeguards plus the features described on your Billing page. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.
  • Optional monthly subscriptions (Plus, VIP, Ultra VIP) include larger monthly allowances and renew until cancelled.
  • Optional one-time purchases (such as extra text exchanges) are offered only when that feature is available, and add a fixed amount of usage.

Usage limits

Every plan has monthly exchange and spending limits enforced automatically. When a limit is reached, the assistant pauses until the next month or until you buy more usage. There are no automatic overage charges. We may pause service for maintenance, abuse or unusual cost.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions can be cancelled to stop future renewals. If a payment is accepted for an offer you are not eligible for, we refund it. If a Founding Membership payment is fully refunded, that Founding Membership ends and the spot is released.

SMS Terms and Conditions

  • Program: Legacy AI by Cityside Legacy Trust. Enrolled members text the assistant and receive AI assistant responses, requested reminders and account notifications.
  • Opt-in: you enroll by checking the optional SMS consent box on our SMS enrollment page. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies based on your usage.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you re-enroll.
  • Help: reply HELP, or contact us through the help form.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data for marketing.

Acceptable use

Do not use Legacy AI to send spam, unlawful or discriminatory content, or to message people who have not consented. Keep your login private.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
